Hourly rate is $65.00 per man hour within the immediate Greeley/Evans/LaSalle area. Rates outside of that area are $85.00 for the first hour, and $70.00 per man hour after that. Bid jobs will have a contract for the client to sign, and will typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due immediately upon completion of the contracted work. Payments made using credit cards will be charged an additional 5% to cover the fees that the credit card processing company charges us. Payment for all work, contracted or hourly, is due immediately upon completion of the work.
