Standard fee for all services is $65.00 per man hour, in the Greeley/Evans/LaSalle Area, Outside of that area will be $85.00 for the first hour, and then $70.00 per hour after that, plus materials. For New Construction, additions, remodels, tenant finish, etc., or where estimates and/or bids are desired, please feel free to contact us. We accept Cash or Check, and most major credit cards. There is an additional 5% charge for payments made with a credit card, to cover the fees charged to us by the Credit Card Processing Company.
